As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. From handling calls to managing the team’s diaries and assisting with property onboarding, your role will be integral to the efficiency of our operations.
In short, we are looking for an Office Administrator who can assist in daily administration and diary management, enabling the team to grow the business. You will work alongside co-workers who will also assist you in this function.
An “A-player” – someone who is self-motivated and organised, who will excel and thrive with the responsibility of assisting the company in securing new business and ensuring annual growth.
You need to be quick to pick up the phone, organised, and willing to help the team in any way necessary to allow the business to thrive and grow.
While experience in property listing is not required, customer service experience is essential. We can train you on the rest.
We will provide FULL training on the specifics of the role, but you need to come to us with the right drive and character.

This is NOT a role for someone who wants to coast into the office every day, make a few calls, and hope that’s enough. It’s not a role for someone who doesn’t feel the pain personally when they fail or let the team down.
We want someone on a mission, ready to join us in ours.
As a company, we host regular landlord webinars and events and create videos en masse to improve the industry. This role is no exception; we want to help you be the best you can be so that you can serve our clients to the highest standard.
So, you need to be ready to take on anything and do anything.

Call Handling: Answer and follow up on missed calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and partners.
Diary Management: Organise and manage the team’s schedules, arranging calls, meetings, and appointments to optimise productivity.
Property Onboarding: Chase and process onboarding documentation for new properties, and upload property information to our CRM system.
Property Marketing: Create property write-ups, liaise with the VA team to complete picture editing and floor plans, and ensure all materials are accurate and professional.
Pre-Tenancy Coordination: Arrange pre-tenancy works and coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth move-ins.
Team Support: Collaborate with the admin team to arrange move-ins for rentals and property completions for sales.
Self-motivated and proactive with strong organisational skills.
Excellent customer service experience with a professional phone manner.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A collaborative team player who is ready to step in and assist wherever needed.
Comfortable learning new systems and processes (training will be provided).
